Councilman Ross Chun Participates in Cap and Trade Workshop

The Southern California Association of Governments held a workshop for its member cities, giving a 3 hour briefing of Cap and Trade funds available to the region. Councilman Ross Chun took part in the workshop, representing the Transportation Corridor Agency. 

Last year's Cap and Trade funds were awarded to very few cities in the SCAG Region, although Councilman Chun notified Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel and San Clemente of the opportunity of receiving their portion of $300,000,000 in Cap and Trade Funds for development projects.
